Brief - Create a booklet that expresses Hamlet's 'Undiscovered Country' quote through typography and imagery.
Solution -  Taking real life stories told by people who have died and come back, the book begins with hope and the idea of heaven, slowly transitioning to a dark and terrifying possibility of hell, with the ink representing how delicate and beautiful life is.
Death is a country that will never be discovered. Even when people return to life, their descriptions of the place they visited are all different, therefore we will never truly know what death is.
Death - The Undiscovered Country

Inspired by Hamlet's 'Undiscovered Country' quote, I have tried to express the stories from people who have died and come back to life through a short book.

The book begins with hope and the idea of heaven, slowly transitioning to a dark and terrifying possibility of hell. My idea in using the ink was to mimic how delicate and beautiful life is.

Death is a country that will never be discovered. Even when people return to life, their descriptions of the place they visited are all different, therefore we will never truly know what death is.
