It seems a few prints send at the beginning of December have not been scanned by the Royal Mail. - but should be in transit.

It is 11 WORKING days, MINUS strike days, before a parcel has been deemed lost. I can then reclaim expenses and resend your order.

Like all businesses around the country, I can not take responsibility for an item purchased in December, coming from an island in the Scottish Highlands, during peak season, plus 10 days of strikes, not upgraded to special delivery, that has not been delivered by the 24th.

Each item is individual to you and requires focused attention.

Being specific and detailed with your requirements assists speedy delivery.

Due to working alone and the high volume of orders, EJayDesign can only supply one mockup for A2+ sizes.

Please leave a clear description in your notes of how you would like your print. It is not possible to 'add' things on after you receive your mockup.

I really appreciate it if you can 'show me' and example of where you want your gold locations. - Save a google image and draw over it.

You try to design your own using the design your own print app. You can add multiple maps, symbols and text. Use the 'gold' tool to show me the locations you wish me to highlight.

I will then apply hand-painted acrylic gold to your locations and sprinkle with gold dust for added shine.

Ordering via my website and using e-mail to communicate will make your order process faster and smoother. It keeps everything together as I can link your e-mail to your order and refer back to mockups.

While I do check instagram and facebook, this is not my main 'system'.

Your prints will be dispatched from the Isle of Lewis in Scotland. Being a tiny island, delivery is slightly slower.

Merch/Non personal prints: 5 working days. Mugs and clothing may be longer.

UK Domestic Post: For prints, it is not possible to track 1st and 2nd class signed for post.

Please wait 14 days after dispatch to receive your order. Once 14 days are passed, you are eligible to claim a reprint.

To track an item, you must upgrade to Royal Mail 24hr special delivery.

International Post: All customised prints are tracked.

Merchandise and cheaper prints are sent standard class with the option to upgrade to tracking.

International post times vairy from 2-6 weeks. Please be patient.

I am happy to do all sorts of countries! The Scottish theme is predominant as that's where I come from so was the first thing I started painting. It wasn't really supposed to be the main focus.

An Epson SureColour P900 is used for A4/A3/A2 prints.

Any size over A2 requires a much larger printer and therefore takes more time. Printed on cotton unstretched canvas.
