Firstly, I would like to congratulate you on your engagement and thank you for taking an interest in having my artwork become part of your special day.
Here are a few things to know about my wedding line.
You've probably seen a few designs you like and have started altering them in your mind. Swapping out maps to suit your location and changing colours to match yours. Perhaps you have seen a few ideas/accessories on Pinterest and would like to integrate them into my designs - that's great! My wedding stationery is brand new and I am at a stage where I welcome any ideas that can grow the collection.
Bespoke designs are normally very expensive, but as I am eager to continually add new designs, this allows you the opportunity to get personal wedding stationery no one else has used before at a good price.
I would like to be able to give each client my full attention in order to create the perfect pieces, therefore I will only be able to take on a certain amount of wedding jobs at one time as I must also focus on completing print orders and designing new projects.
Although presented like a shop - it is certainly not. Prices are listed to give you a rough idea of costs, but I suggest emailing me to let me know all about your wedding and the ideas you have in mind to see if I am available for booking.
Please understand your stationery will take time to complete. I am a solo artist working on a queue basis. If you do not require a lot of changes to the design work already available in my store your stationery will be faster. I will be able to give you rough time scales once I know more about your requirements.

Yes, International shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Tracked international shipping is normally around £13, but may vary depending on the size of your order.
Smaller items such as stickers and coasters can be sent untracked. Please note there is no refund if untracked post is lost.
International post normally takes 3 weeks but this varies, sometimes taking up to 7.
Please understand I have no control over this and therefore can not promise dates. Please be patient.

I always aim for make sure you love your print, but please do let me know if you have any problems.
Unless the print is re-sellable (gold and titles are not personal to the user), I can not refund.
Yes, you may return merchandise or non personal prints within 30 days.
Unless damaged or due to my error, you will have to cover your own return postage.

Royal Mail asks for a total of 11 working days before an item is deemed lost. I can then resend your item and claim from the Royal Mail.
Sometimes (rarely) the tracking does not update for a few days. The item may be stuck at a depot and will most likely clear after a week.
